This February 18-20, West Marine will be celebrating the opening of its largest store in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Planning to host a large crowd, West Marine is opening their newest store with a “parking lot” boat show, food trucks, live music, and more. Store Manager Rafa Rodriguez says the goal is to establish a on-stop shop for everything the local or visiting tourists need for having a great time out on the water. The workforce behind the opening of this mega store is made up of 21 Associates with over 275 combined years of experience in boating, cruising, fishing, and more.
“We have a great pool of talent to choose from in this area,” Rodriguez says. “Our associates are as passionate about life on the water as our customers. They’re here to help with any type of questions, from where to go to find fish that are biting, to how to make repairs.”
