The whopping price tag doesn’t just buy you measly square footage. The dock itself is a picture perfect slip that’s part of an old whaling wharf in a tiny harbor, and it even comes with a vehicle parking space. According to a Nantucket real estate agent, the price reflects the rarity of the slip, being only one of three total in the area.
But hey… When you’re worth $10.6 billion as the Schmidts are, it’s only a drop in the bucket.
