Dania Beach, FL 7/03/13 – With just a few months to go before the opening of their new state-of-the-art showroom, Nautical Ventures has hired three new employees to fill key positions crucial to their expansion plans.
Mr. Marc Jacob is the new Director of Hi-Performance Sales. He brings with him 25 years of experience, most recently working with Craig Barrie at Fast Boats Marine Group. Marc’s extensive knowledge incorporates all venues of boating, including the brokerage of a 155’ Choey Lee motor yacht to his credit. “From my initial conversation with a customer to their final delivery I am involved in every aspect of the sale,” notes Jacob’s. “I personally see to it that they 100% satisfied with the experience.”
Ms. Renee McCullers has been hired as Sales Manager for Tenders and Inflatables. Most recently, Renee was in charge of the Novurania factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. Novurania closed the location this past April and assigned the franchise to Nautical Ventures Group. “I’m thrilled to be here,” states Renee, “because in addition to the Novurania brand I have four other brands to offer my clientele. In my 20 years of selling inflatables this new position help me achieve a new level of expertise that will be invaluable to my client base.”
Lastly, Mr. Steve Diener joins the group as Marketing Coordinator & Sales. Steve will play a key role in the organization of the new showroom, boat show set up, advertising coordination and offsite promotions, facilities management, and hiring future staff. Steve brings an impressive 40-year knowledge base having performed these duties at hi-profile companies such as Intermarine, Outdoor World/Bass Pro Shops, and Allied Richard Bertram Group, to name a few. Steve says, “This new position allows me to combine my various skills into one new location. With the new showroom opening soon, Nautical Ventures Group is on the cutting edge of providing South Florida boaters with a unique buying experience and I’m thrilled to be in on the ground floor of this opportunity.”
CEO Roger Moore added, “We’re very pleased with our new hires and what their respective skills bring to our organization. Our next goal is to add yacht brokers and sales personnel to staff operations at both our River Bend sales office and the upcoming Bryan Road showroom in Dania Beach.”
